RENTAL TERMS & AVAILABILITY
The house is rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. One-half of the total rent, together with a security deposit of a minimum of $1,000, must be paid upon signing a rental agreement. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period.
Fall/Winter 2009-2010 Rates: $2,600 - $3,800 per week
Spring 2010: $2,800 - $3,900 per week
Summer 2010: $5,800 per week (discounts for early June)
Fall/Winter 2010-2011: $2,800 - $4,000 per week
Higher rates may apply for very large parties, special events, and other circumstances.
A cleaning fee of $200-250 applies to stays of less than one week.
