Downstairs Master Bedroom and Bath
The downstairs master bedroom has 10 foot ceilings and a private seating area with a direct view of the bay, as well as a private entrance from the outdoor patio. This elegant and cheerful room reflects the soothing colors of the lake and shore, and has a queen size poster bed with plenty of dresser space and a walk-in closet. An adjoining private bath has newly tiled floors, a pedestal sink and shower.
Second Downstairs Bedroom and Bath
A second downstairs bedroom, also with a queen bed, has a 10 foot ceiling and wonderful tall arched windows offering west facing views of the wooded property and summer sunsets. An adjacent bath has unique painted plank wood floors, a pedestal sink, and a claw foot tub with a hand shower.
The house is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer, laundry sink and cabinetry in a cheerfully painted and spacious tiled laundry room, with a large closet.
Upstairs “Kid’s” Suite
A back staircase off the kitchen and laundry room leads to a huge bedroom that sleeps 4. Although not just for kids, this is a perfect place for the young ones to sleep, and still have plenty of room to play games and run around. The room features iron beds, painted furniture and bright rugs and quilts, and has two twin beds, plus a daybed with a trundle, with ample dresser and closet space. There is also a crib that can be stowed when not in use. The bedroom opens to a private bath, with a shower, tile floor, new cabinetry, and a whimsical lakeside decor.
Second Upstairs Bedroom
A second upstairs bedroom, accessed from the main staircase, has a queen bed, and is decorated with calming hues of blue and green. A floral quilt and blue iron bed make this room more than just a place to sleep.
Third Upstairs Bedroom
This bedroom, also accessed from the front stairs, has a painted queen post bed, plus a daybed with a trundle, sleeping 4. The colorful bedding and rugs make this room a delightful hideaway.
Second Upstairs Bath
The second and third upstairs bedrooms share a second upstairs bath with newly tiled floors, updated cabinetry, and a shower. This bathroom is cheerfully decorated.
Bedrooms have ceiling fans, alarm clocks, extra pillows and blankets, quilts, down comforters and extra bed linens.
